Termination of the DVB-S2 Satellite Internet service for home users on the Astra-1G (Eastern beam)

Starting February 1st, 2011 all transponders broadcasting in DVB-S2 (Eastern Beam) of Astra-1G satellite, will be used for provider services only. Starting January 18th, 2011 creation of new accounts on DVB-S2 service will be ceased.

Please be informed that starting February 1st, 2011 transponder broadcasting in DVB-S2 (Eastern Beam) of Astra-1G satellite will be used for provider services only. Starting January 18th, 2011 creation of new accounts on DVB-S2 service will be ceased. All customers using DVB-S2 service must tune DVB-receivers to the service in DVB-S format. Also customers using DVB-S2 service must change the transponder in the Personal Cabinet. All unspent funds will be transferred to the DVB-S service of Astra-1G satellite (Eastern beam).
