Termination of the DVB-S Satellite Internet service for home users on the Astra-1G (Western beam)
Dear customers!
Please be informed that starting 08:00 UTC July 6th, 2011 transponder broadcasting in DVB-S via Western Beam of Astra-1G satellite will be used for providers' services only. Starting June 28th, 2011 creation of new accounts on Western Beam of Astra-1G will be ceased.
All customers using service via Western Beam of Astra-1G must tune DVB-receivers to the service via Eastern Beam of Astra-1G if possibility of such re-tuning exists. Also, all customers using prepaid services on Western Beam of Astra-1G (Prepaid and Business tariff plan groups) must change the transponder in the Personal Cabinet. All customers using tariff plans with monthly fee on Western Beam of Astra-1G should send us an Email to sales@satgate.net containing their login name. All clients who unable to receive signal from Eastern Beam of Astra-1G will have their unspent funds returned.
