VPN setup(Windows XP)

To set the connection choose the buttons Start - Settings and activate Control Panel: |

| In this window find and open Network Connection: |

In the chosen window activate New Connection Wizard: |
 |

Follow the instructions of the Wizard, by pushing the Next button. In the window Network Connection Type choose the type of connection as shown on the picture: |

Press Next. Then activate the option Virtual Private Network connection (VPN): |
 |
|
Press Next. Enter the name of your connection: |
 |
|
Press Next. If you are using a dial-up connection for outgoing requests choose the needed connection name from the list as shown on the picture. |

Press Next. Otherwise, please check the Do not dial the initial connection button: |
 |
|
Press Next. Set the VPN server address given from SatGate registration system: |
 |
|
Press Next. Your VPN connection was successfully created. |
 |
|
Press Finish. Enter your User Name and Password. |
 |
|
Press Properties button, choose Networking tab and activate Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and QoS Packet Scheduler options: |
 |
|
Other options should remain permanent. |
