New service via Astra 5A satellite
SatGate will start providing new service via Astra 5A satellite system (31.5° East) on the 1st of September 2008.

We are glad to inform you that SatGate will start to provide new service via Astra 5A satellite system (31.5° East) on the 1st of September 2008.
Please note that within half a year from now SatGate will perform a complete gradual transition from Sirius-4 (both B22 and В32 carriers) to Astra 5A satellite system. Therefore the possibility to open new accounts on Sirius-4 (both B22 and B32 carriers) will be limited starting the 1st of October 2008. We encourage all Sirius 4 customers to switch to Astra 5A satellite system as soon as new service is launched.
Tariffs for Astra 5A services will be the same as they are now on the Sirius 4 ones. However, available speed for all Astra 5A tariff plans except Leecher plans will be doubled for the period from 1st of September 2008 to 30th of November 2008.

All customers moving to Astra 5A carriers will receive additional bonuses at the moment of switching as follows:
- 30% of the current balance for customers switching to the new carriers during the period from 1st of September 2008 to 30th of September 2008;
- 20% of the current balance for customers switching to the new carriers during the period from 1st of October 2008 to 31th of October 2008;
- 10% of the current balance for customers switching to the new carriers during the period from 1st of November 2008 to 30th of November 2008.
