SatGate has been undertaking all possible efforts for the restoration of the Eurasiasat-1 (TurkSat-2A) satellite service for the period of last month. This issue is being examined in the juridical instances of Turkey at the present moment. Unfortunately, this type of trials are extended in time due to the bureaucratism and awkwardness of the judicial and police system elements. Furthermore, the Turkish official structures' position in the sphere of the frequency resources supervision and regulation activity has proven to be not effective.

SatGate as a legal owner of the rights to use the transponder 26 of the Eurasiasat-1 (TurkSat-2A) satellite will continue to transmit its carrier to the transponder during the entire period of the legal Agreement mentioned above. At the present moment, as earlier, SatGate is transmitting the signal to the EurasiaSat-1 (TurkSat-2A) satellite. As soon as the interfering signal on our transponder is removed the performance of the SatGate service will be completely restored.

Those Clients who do not have any possibility to wait when the above problems are solved will be given the possibility to migrate to the SIRIUS-4 satellite service with the retention of their present balances.

Furthermore, all clients, who had positive balances on their personal accounts up to 00:00 of December 14th, 2007 will be given a bonus of 20 percents of the positive balance amount.

The provided bonus can be spent by using SIRIUS-4 or EurasiaSat-1 (TurkSat-2A) satellite service only and in no way will be a subject for any return or transfer to other satellite services.
